Do you think banning you was too extreme?

If you were banned/kicked and you believe some error was made, then include the following information in your post:

1. Your Email Address
2. Name and IP used in our server
3. Date you were banned/kicked
4. Reason given on the game screen (if applicable)
5. Your reason why the ban should be lifted

Note:
If you were merely kicked from the server, you may return at anytime.
